Legal Associate – Labour Disputes, Employee Rights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Prepare legal notices, complaints, and various case documents.

• Evaluate and confirm client details along with supporting evidence.

• Aid in the submission of complaints (labour, civil, or criminal as needed).

• Perform legal research on Labour Codes, wage regulations, and employment laws.

• Collaborate with appointed advocates to facilitate case progress.

• Maintain organized case records and tracking systems.

• Ensure compliance with timelines and documentation standards.

• Provide clients with professional updates regarding their cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• LLB Graduate (Mandatory).

• Open to fresh graduates; prior litigation or legal internship experience is preferred.

• Fundamental knowledge of Indian labour laws and labour codes.

• Completion of an internship with a reputable firm is required.
