This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily administrative and operational assistance to the Legal Department.
• Translate documents and ensure the proper formatting, organization, filing, and maintenance of legal documentation and correspondence.
• Prepare and uphold standardized legal templates and approved document versions.
• Aid in drafting basic documents, template-based materials, simple amendments, powers of attorney, internal forms, and routine legal content under the supervision of a lawyer.
• Facilitate the contract approval and signing processes by generating and monitoring approval requests, coordinating comments and approvals, preparing signature documents, and following up with stakeholders.
• Monitor the status of approvals and signing, ensuring that necessary approvals are properly documented.
• Upload signed contracts and accompanying documents to relevant systems while maintaining contract records.
• Keep track of contract statuses, renewal and expiration dates, responsible parties, approval history, and availability of signed versions.
• Manage contract repositories, trackers, internal legal databases, policies, instructions, and process documentation.
• Assist in preparing and updating internal policies, procedures, guidelines, legal summaries, notes, memoranda, status updates, and reports.
• Follow up on outstanding legal requests and coordinate with business teams to timely obtain necessary information and documents.
• Identify and escalate fundamental legal, documentation, approval, or process-related risks.
• Support the HR function with employment-related issues.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Over 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Capability to translate intricate legal requirements into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic, organized approach to work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in collaborating across different time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Ukrainian.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
