Legal and Sales Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients.

• Handle a significant volume of both inbound and outbound calls.

• Promptly respond to incoming leads.

• Ensure that every caller feels acknowledged, supported, and guided.

• Conduct initial client intakes with empathy and clarity.

• Maintain precise records in the CRM system.

• Monitor and report intake activity during slower call times.

• Qualify leads with a sales-oriented mindset.

• Follow up with potential clients to sustain engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)

• Work Schedule: Full time, aligned with PST business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage approximately 45 or more calls daily

• Comfortable with a blend of inbound and outbound call handling

• Capable of transitioning between call management and administrative reporting during slower periods.
