Legal Analyst – Social Security Claims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate each client's documentation and entitlements related to social security;

• Provide technical assessments and advise the team on the viability of granting or reviewing benefits;

• Prepare and submit administrative requests and procedural documents to the INSS;

• Track case progress and ensure that all deadlines are adhered to;

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and the overall client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in law or currently pursuing a law degree (preferably with an interest or specialization in Social Security/Pension Law);

• Excellent writing abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity for technical analysis;

• Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines;

• Must reside in Curitiba or the surrounding metropolitan area;

• A sincere interest in the social security sector and a commitment to promoting social change through access to rights.
