Legal Analyst – Case Closures

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews on the Court of Justice (TJ) to determine cases that are eligible for closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a law student or a law graduate without an active OAB registration (Required — OAB: Brazilian Bar Association).

• Proven experience in analyzing cases/files and verifying details for the closure of cases.

• Background in analytical tasks with a keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Capability to recognize procedural stages and legal documents/pleadings.

• Knowledge of judicial case management systems (e.g., PJe, ESAJ, eproc, etc.) is essential.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
