Legal AI Implementation Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI implementation projects from initiation to complete rollout.

• Collaborate with enterprise legal and compliance teams to analyze their workflows and pinpoint areas where AI can provide significant support.

• Convert intricate, real-world legal documents into structured logic that our AI can utilize.

• Assist legal, compliance, and marketing teams in understanding, trusting, and mastering the platform.

• Resolve strategic and technical challenges, identifying clear solutions.

• Relay real-time customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence Haast's development roadmap.

• Create repeatable playbooks as we expand our global presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience practicing law, working in a legal or compliance role, or providing advice on legal and regulatory issues in a consulting setting.

• Sufficient experience to truly grasp how enterprise teams function under pressure.

• The ability to engage senior legal and compliance stakeholders effectively from the outset.

• A mindset focused on improving systems rather than merely navigating them.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for building rather than just executing.

• An existing curiosity about AI, experimenting with tools and exploring their relevance to legal work.
