Legal AI Adoption Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of key law firm and legal department partnerships throughout the APAC region

• Serve as the main advisor on the adoption of AI, transformation of legal workflows, and ensuring client success

• Create customized adoption plans that align with each client's priorities, operational models, and potential impact opportunities

• Establish robust relationships with senior stakeholders, including partners, CIOs, COOs, innovation leaders, knowledge leaders, and heads of practice

• Conduct executive-level business reviews that concentrate on adoption, ROI, progress, and future benefits

• Foster renewal and growth within your portfolio by identifying opportunities that meet client needs

• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate remediation and enhance outcomes

• Provide market insights and client feedback to product, engineering, and go-to-market teams

• Represent the organization at industry events, client forums, and strategic meetings across the region

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, consulting, or a related legal-sector field

• Ideally, 15+ years of experience within the wider legal industry

• A deep understanding of law firm operations, the decision-making process regarding technology, and the factors that drive user adoption

• Proven experience in building trusted relationships with senior legal stakeholders in complex organizations

• A legal background is highly preferred, especially for candidates who began their careers in legal practice and later transitioned to roles in innovation, transformation, legal tech, or strategic client leadership

• Knowledge of legal AI, document management, and the broader LegalTech ecosystem

• Strong commercial acumen, with a background in supporting retention, growth, or strategic account development

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly articulating value at the executive level

• Comfortable working across different functions and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously

• Willingness to travel throughout the APAC region as needed
