Leasing & Renewal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire leasing process, from marketing and property tours to handling applications and finalizing contracts.

• Perform pre-showing and pre-move-in inspections to guarantee readiness for occupancy.

• Ensure outstanding communication and professionalism with potential residents.

• Train and assist leasing staff on sales strategies, process implementation, and compliance matters.

• Identify areas for improvement and establish clear objectives for leasing results.

• Collaborate on marketing strategies, incentive programs, and strategy evaluations with leadership.

• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation for leases and renewals.

• Conduct file audits, assess month-to-month leases, and verify alignment with policies and revenue management systems.

• Oversee the lease expiration matrix and accurately update CRM and leasing systems with relevant data.

• Direct external marketing and leasing advertising initiatives; refresh online listings on a daily basis.

• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising, leasing traffic, and performance metrics of the team.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in leasing or sales management, preferably within real estate or property management.

• Proven experience in leading a leasing team or function.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems; familiarity with platforms such as RentVine, AppFolio, or Yardi is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and operational discipline.

• Capability to work swiftly, with ownership, and with precision in a dynamic environment.
