Leasing and Tenant Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming leasing inquiries, arrange property showings, and assist prospective tenants throughout the application journey.

• Prepare and oversee lease agreements, renewals, and associated documentation.

• Monitor rent collection, recognize delinquencies, and follow up with tenants regarding outstanding balances.

• Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests, ensuring swift resolution through effective vendor management.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.

• Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including conducting walkthroughs, inspections, and managing deposit tracking.

• Keep tenant records, lease files, and property data current within property management systems.

• Provide regular updates to property owners regarding occupancy rates, maintenance status, and tenant-related matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience in the US residential real estate sector.

• Proven experience in leasing, rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination.

• Familiarity with US leasing practices, rental agreements, and tenant management procedures.

• Proficiency in using US property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar platforms.

• Previous remote work experience is mandatory, along with fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms.
