Lease Administration Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage lease databases effectively.

• Acquire portfolio information as needed.

• Provide reporting to clients and various JLL teams.

• Offer administrative support including document handling, scanning, and letter collection.

• Track documents and invoices using the designated tools.

• Upload documents and invoices into the system, local drive, or SharePoint.

• Conduct database updates and clean-ups according to guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and one additional European language.

• Willingness to work at least 25-30 hours each week.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think clearly and accurately.

• Previous experience in database management is a plus.

• Competence in MS Office, particularly Excel.
