Learning Facilitator, Security and Property Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your field with enthusiasm and foresight.

• Your primary responsibility as a trainer is to enhance the competencies of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you see yourself not only as a source of information but also as a facilitator of learning — Learning 4.0!

• This entails subject-specific instruction from the comfort of your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D.

• Utilize a diverse range of teaching methodologies in your lesson planning.

• Prepare and develop learning materials related to the course in alignment with the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competency improvements.

• Proficient command of German is required, with instruction at a C2 level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training and/or a degree in the security sector.

• A minimum qualification as a Security Specialist (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit) is required.

• Must hold the IHK certificate of competence in accordance with §34a of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO).

• Relevant professional experience in the security industry.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, or teacher is advantageous.

• Evidence of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., trainer certificate according to AEVO).

• Methodical and didactic abilities in delivering educational content.

• An independent, organized work style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
