This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance onboarding curricula for coaches, including learning outlines, LMS pathways, learner resources, practice scenarios, job aids, and post-training reinforcement programs.
• Conduct live virtual and asynchronous training sessions, daily learner touchpoints, Coach Power Hours, Coach Huddles, Masterclass sessions, and other ongoing development forums.
• Manage training logistics, such as learner communications, LMS assignments, training calendars, touchpoints, preceptor alignment, coordination with Epic trainers, and post-go-live support.
• Create or facilitate self-paced modules, videos, learning assessments, job aids, and interactive learning experiences.
• Track and maintain training intake, tracking, and capacity data to aid in prioritization, resource planning, and insights into training demands.
• Convert quality rubrics, coaching standards, documentation expectations, and performance metrics into actionable learning experiences.
• Keep version control of learning materials as workflows, systems, policies, and client requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with Epic trainers, health coaches, operations leaders, clinical leaders, and analytics partners to ascertain appropriate training scopes based on roles and learning needs.
• Facilitate change management through the creation of manager and learner communications, expectation-setting materials, and transition plans for new workflows or system updates.
• Offer focused constructive feedback and engage with learners of varying experience levels, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.
• Identify training gaps, workflow ambiguities, documentation risks, and process inefficiencies; recommend enhancements and escalate needs as necessary.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a teaching, training, or curriculum development role is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful experience in Care Solutions Coaching or clinical roles is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently, creatively, and interactively are required.
• Experience in classroom and/or virtual facilitation is preferred.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills are required.
• Three or more years of Health Coaching experience and/or health coaching certification, NBHWC certification, clinical coaching experience, or equivalent coaching-practice expertise are preferred.
• Robust knowledge and understanding of operational processes related to coaching are essential.
• Experience in developing or maintaining LMS-based training modules, digital learning content, job aids, learner guides, or interactive training materials is required.
• Familiarity with Epic, Care Solutions systems, and related tools is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Wrike, LMS, SharePoint, Webex, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of health coaching workflows, motivational interviewing, coaching documentation, and principles of adult learning is required.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, technical, compliance, and operational workflows into straightforward, practical training experiences.
• Strong change management communication skills are necessary.
• Capability to collaborate across clinical operations, business enablement, analytics, quality, compliance, Epic training, and client-facing teams.
• Ability to influence others and facilitate organizational change is essential.
• Skill in developing professional, trusting, and constructive relationships quickly is required.
• Full-time availability of at least 40 hours per week, plus additional hours as needed.
