• The Learning Experience Designer is tasked with creating and developing engaging, effective learning products and solutions that enhance teammate skills, improve performance, and facilitate excellent patient care.
• Design and produce a premier array of learning products and solutions, which encompass eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, team and cohort-based learning, job aids, toolkits, playbooks, infographics, and instructional videos.
• Utilize instructional design and adult learning principles to identify the most effective strategies for each learning requirement.
• Investigate, curate, and align learning content from both internal and external sources to address skill deficiencies and program goals, selecting resources that are pertinent, credible, appropriately sequenced, and in line with organizational context and strategy.
• Create polished, on-brand learning content using tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), PowerPoint, Canva, Synthesia, and other development tools, ensuring adherence to Marathon Health brand and communication standards.
• Maintain and refresh learning content through an established review process, which includes supporting materials such as course communications, promotional content, marketing assets, and stakeholder presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development with a proven track record of creating high-quality learning that leads to measurable performance outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and Articulate 360 course authoring software (Rise and Storyline); expertise in PowerPoint is essential.
• Proven experience in applying organizational branding and visual identity standards across learning materials, communication/marketing assets, and LMS/LXP graphics.
