• Work in collaboration with team leads and content specialists throughout the organization to design impactful training sessions and related resources across various modalities.
• Conduct organized content interviews with subject matter experts to identify, sequence, and prioritize learning goals, utilizing editorial judgment.
• Assist staff in executing and assessing their training sessions by observing and gathering user feedback.
• Revise and enhance course materials based on user feedback, while monitoring learner engagement, completion rates, and addressing technical issues.
• Develop and sustain structured learning pathways and collaborative learning communities within the 360Learning LMS, overseeing daily operations.
• Partner with team leads and the senior manager of products to manage timelines, document processes, and ensure the timely rollout of new e-learning courses.
• Acquire content knowledge of Children’s Funding Project’s validated fiscal mapping and cost modeling methodologies through structured immersion and shadowing.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree in instructional design, education, learning sciences, public policy, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in child and youth-focused direct-service roles, public policy, or administration.
• A foundational understanding of the child and youth-serving sector is essential for this position.
• Experience in supporting instructional design and digital curriculum development, including crafting professional development courses for an online learning environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into accessible and engaging learning materials.
• Proficiency in Articulate course authoring tools, including AI-assisted features, for designing interactive courses and learning modules.
• Proven capability to incorporate AI tools into instructional design workflows, including prompt development, content generation review, and quality assurance of AI-produced materials, while maintaining editorial insight and organizational voice.
• Strong understanding of universal design principles, accessibility standards, and virtual facilitation techniques; experience in administering 360Learning or similar learning management systems.
• Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams, possessing strong coordination, project management, and communication skills.
• A deep commitment to equity and social justice for all children and youth, applied as a guiding principle throughout design and professional practice.
