
Learning Content Developer – Partner Add-ins

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of the Academy team, you will take charge of creating low-code-focused learning materials that assist our customers in quickly realizing value.
• Your role involves designing workflows that empower customers to effectively use our add-ins developed by our partners.
• You will engage independently with stakeholders such as external add-in developers, Synera software developers, product management, and Academy members to discuss and align on technical details, requirements, and objectives.
• You will transform training materials into tutorials or eLearning modules for our Learning Management System and internal software learning resources.
• You are responsible for the content you produce and its quality: gathering feedback, conducting retrospectives, and continuously enhancing the content in line with product development and the company’s mission.
• You will represent Synera and our add-in ecosystem at external events including webinars, conferences, partner calls, and customer-facing content.
• You will collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to develop engaging learning experiences that raise awareness, foster adoption, and ensure rapid value realization for new add-ins.
• You will embody an impact-driven approach by enabling customer success, supporting partner launches, and assisting in transforming technical capabilities into scalable product adoption.
• You will promote the adoption of our add-ins by crafting in-depth technical learning content, creating videos, and distributing it through software releases and our learning management system.
• You will enhance market awareness by delivering marketing-oriented versions of your learning content through webinars or producing videos and various formats.
• You possess a university degree (MSc) in mechanical, automotive, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering field, including hands-on experience with engineering software, preferably in product development or technical enablement.
• You thrive in deeply technical environments and can quickly grasp new technologies and add-ins at an appropriate level of detail to generate customer value efficiently.
• You merge a structured, process-oriented engineering mindset with the capability to produce clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound learning content that captivates users and generates “aha” moments.
• You are a confident communicator who enjoys presenting technical subjects in webinars, conferences, or other customer-facing formats.
• You possess strong collaboration abilities and enjoy working across product management, software development, partnerships, and customer-facing teams.
• You communicate confidently in English for both internal and external interactions.
• Proficiency in German is advantageous for communication with DACH customers and partners.
