This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ You will be responsible for the Mojo DNA induction, facilitating customized, impactful sessions for both Core and Certified employees. This involves leading our flagship full-week program for certified staff (typically groups of 5-10), encompassing company setup, expectations, and systems training to expedite the time to competency.
β’ You will articulate the influence of AI on roles throughout the organization, coordinating training with Subject Matter Experts to cultivate a culture where employees effectively utilize LLMs. You will manage our learning platforms - Sana - by creating structured growth paths and ensuring that all resources remain up-to-date on our intranet (Our Mojo). Additionally, you will consistently leverage AI-driven tools to boost engagement, streamline delivery, and enhance learning outcomes.
β’ You serve as a crucial link between Mojo and our growth partners, promoting excellence across our entire advisory community. While championing the ME Academy to guide apprentices through CeMAP, your influence also extends to our established Mortgage and Protection Experts, offering advanced coaching and resources they need to maintain Elite status. You will collaborate with SimplyBiz, Simply Academy, and our network of lender and insurer BDMs to design impactful training that addresses knowledge gaps and regulatory changes.

β’ Domain Expertise: You possess extensive knowledge in Mortgages and/or Protection (Income Protection, Life, and Critical Illness). You can confidently communicate their value and mentor others to provide elite advice.
β’ Qualifications: You are CeMAP qualified OR have considerable industry experience (e.g., underwriting, case management, or a lender background).
β’ Strategic L&D Background: You have proven experience in L&D with a history of designing programs that yield clear ROI. You are eager to advance your career from delivery to the strategic side of growth.
