This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.
• Champion the needs of learners while offering support and resolving issues throughout all stages of the learner experience.
• Assist with employment verification and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) certification processes.
• Gain insight into the academic journey of learners and the obstacles or challenges they may encounter.
• Link internal teams and external partners to address concerns raised by learners and improve the overall learner experience.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in learner support, customer service, student services, HR operations, financial aid administration, compliance, administrative operations, or related areas.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Jira is advantageous.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a comfort level in working with learner data, employment records, and eligibility documents.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Superior independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and simultaneous requests.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Skilled at working independently while engaging in cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of federal student aid programs or PSLF processes is a plus.
