• Participate in writing team critiques to share your work and assist in refining the contributions of your colleagues.

• Showcase copy and design projects to Design Directors, executives, or other key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with essential cross-functional partners.

• Enhance understanding and completion rates through testing, iteration, and assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and relevant experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.

• Proficient in navigating complex subject areas, working within larger systems, and engaging in systems development.

• Experienced in collaborating with and presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Ability to critically assess product requirements.

• Proven experience working with legal and compliance teams to advocate for user interests while minimizing risk.

• Proficient in collaborating with other design disciplines using Figma.

• Strong grasp of user experience design principles and interaction patterns.

• Demonstrated capability to work with cross-functional teams throughout all phases of design and build.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and ambiguous work setting.
