This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care that showcases exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop formulations that guide evidence-based interventions.
• Ensure that a detailed assessment identifies the most suitable pathway of care and support for the client.
• Provide various models of service delivery, including telephone or video consultations, based on client preferences.
• Follow Bupa’s case management procedures and collaborate effectively with Clinical Leads and the broader therapy team.
• Comply with sessional limits based on the client’s financial allowance as dictated by their Private Medical Insurance, while striving to achieve therapeutic recovery goals.
• Offer signposting or onward referrals as necessary.
• Provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as needed.
• Conduct one-off assessments and give referral recommendations when required.
• Engage at the client level by delivering group psychoeducation to enhance awareness of mental health and wellbeing, promoting mental wellbeing guidance through remote presentations, workshops, and training as needed.
• Operate independently within professional guidelines and the overarching framework of Bupa’s service policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, both individually and in groups, along with monthly team meetings to bolster clinical practice, in accordance with BUPA and the practitioner’s professional body standards.
• Collaborate with the operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for enhancing client and employee experiences.
• A professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a qualified Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
• Extensive leadership experience managing clinicians in a Mental Health setting.
• Experience as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with adults is essential.
• Additional experience as a Children’s Clinical Psychologist is preferred.
• A minimum of one year’s post-qualification clinical experience.
