Lead Technical Supervisor – Storage & Preservation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Implement safety protocols and practices at the site level.

• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, maintaining a secure work environment for all employees, customers, subcontractors, and the public.

• Oversee the project schedule, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are achieved.

• Manage costs affecting the bottom line; initiate measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Responsible for precise documentation for billing and supporting efficient accounts receivable processes.

• Inspect work during the Pre-Installation phase to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

• Coach, mentor, and develop both internal and external technicians.

• Convey Vestas' vision in ways that garner support from others.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wind turbine installation or servicing.

• In-depth knowledge of Vestas turbine systems (mandatory).

• Capability to work at heights.

• Strong understanding of pre-installation, storage, and preservation protocols.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

• Capacity to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
