📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Partners, fostering their growth, performance, and delivery.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish hiring strategies, role calibration, and implementation across various teams.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment for essential, high-impact technical positions while assisting your team with their most strategic searches.

• Set a high standard for recruiting excellence through coaching, structured hiring practices, and maintaining consistent hiring quality.

• Design and continuously enhance hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies.

• Create and maintain high-quality talent pipelines utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and market insights.

• Serve as a market expert, providing guidance to leaders on talent trends, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning.

• Lead complex offer negotiations and closing strategies for senior and difficult-to-close candidates.

• Collaborate closely with Talent leadership on capacity planning, hiring prioritization, and operational enhancements.

• Contribute to employer branding and storytelling within the Web3 ecosystem.

• Demonstrated experience in hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive, high-standard environments.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters and building high-performing recruitment teams.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders.

• Data-driven approach with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, team performance, and ongoing improvement.

• Comfort in balancing hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Interest in or exposure to Web3, cryptocurrency, or highly technical domains.

• Residing in EST, CT, or MST time zones.
