This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee all crisis operations at Flourish

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the Crisis Response team and Crisis Managers

• Provide real-time guidance and consultation to crisis managers

• Supervise active crisis cases and ensure that appropriate measures are implemented

• Act as the primary escalation point for high-risk or complex situations

• Make immediate decisions during crisis scenarios

• Ensure adherence to crisis protocols and safety measures by staff

• Develop and maintain supervision systems for crisis management

• Evaluate crisis cases and pinpoint areas for improvement

• Create and enhance scalable workflows and systems for crisis response

• Train and mentor staff on crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and safety planning

• Collaborate with clinical and product teams to enhance crisis care delivery across the platform

• Provide direct patient care through crisis intervention and/or post-crisis stabilization, including brief stabilization sessions or group support

• Step in directly to assist with high-acuity cases

• Report to the VP of Clinical R&D

• Licensed mental health clinician (PhD, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) with independent practice capability

• Eligibility for licensure in all 50 states

• 8+ years of clinical experience post-licensure

• Minimum of 2+ years in leadership or management roles within crisis care or high-acuity clinical teams

• Experience in supervising clinicians or care teams

• Demonstrated strong judgment in high-risk, fast-paced situations

• Ability to remain calm and make decisive choices under pressure

• Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing startup environment

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. ET
