Lead Specialist, Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Senior Finance Business Partner tasked with delivering strategic financial insights, conducting investment analysis, and providing commercial decision support within the Technology and Product sectors.

• Create financial models to facilitate new product introductions, investment choices, and market expansion initiatives.

• Assist with month-end closing activities, including variance analysis and fulfilling corporate reporting obligations.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Assessments leadership team to ensure financial objectives are in sync with the overall business strategy.

• Track financial performance, essential business indicators, and return on investment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a comparable finance role.

• Strong capabilities in financial modeling and analysis.

• Experience in assessing business investments and identifying growth opportunities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong commercial insight and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in cost-benefit analysis.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
