This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Management of client relationships and accounts as either deputy or lead.
• Preparation of client agendas.
• Conducting conference calls.
• Overseeing calendar management and content coordination.
• Assisting with projections.
• Offering feedback on email and text content.
• Providing support to the manager on various accounts as required.
• Leading the email production and quality assurance process for designated accounts.
• Spearheading checklist and training for loading across customer relationship management systems.
• Creating content and managing client feedback.
• Consulting on client budgets and collaborating with firm stakeholders on business planning.
• Advising on acquisitions and SMS purchases.
• Drafting and editing email and text messages.
• Loading emails and texts as necessary.
• Reviewing samples of emails and texts.
• Providing creative and strategic edits to associates regarding their submissions.
• Conducting quality checks on emails and texts, focusing on copy edits, mobile formatting, links, sourcing conventions, and targeting.
• Assisting in training email and texting staff on quality assurance and best practices for segmentation, drafting, and loading across platforms.
• Ensuring that all areas prone to errors are addressed.
• A strong passion for impactful causes, whether candidates or others.
• 7-8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2-3 campaign cycles in a dedicated email fundraising role.
• Experience in client-facing project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients or workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with peer-to-peer (P2P) and/or broadcast texting platforms.
• Proficiency in one of the following email CRMs: NGP, Everyaction, Actionkit, Acoustic.
• Background in agency work; experience with non-profits or political/issue campaigns.
• Basic understanding of long-term lead performance tracking and budget creation for clients.
• Experience in developing and implementing project plans to meet fundraising and communication objectives.
• Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills and the capability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
