Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-stack product features from start to finish, encompassing frontend, backend, and data.

• Develop AI-driven experiences utilizing LLMs, embeddings, and related methodologies that provide genuine user value.

• Take ownership of the delivery process from scope/design to launch, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

• Address ambiguous and technically complex challenges with practical, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and outline the roadmap.

• Enhance performance, reliability, and overall product quality on an enterprise scale.

• Foster a strong engineering culture through code reviews, tooling enhancements, and process optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering production-grade full-stack web applications.

• Practical experience with AI/ML implementation in products (LLMs, embeddings, or similar technologies).

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and autonomously propel work forward.

• Product-oriented mindset: you prioritize user experience and customer outcomes, not solely implementation details.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various functions.

• A mindset of ownership and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Familiarity with contemporary web frameworks (Rails/React/Postgres/AWS is advantageous; adaptability is key).
