Lead Software Engineer – Core AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the technical vision and design for multi-tenant GenAI platform systems.

• Spearhead the creation of secure and scalable platforms along with developer tools for agentic coding and experimentation.

• Incorporate generative AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs), and evaluation platforms into enterprise-level solutions.

• Tackle intricate technical issues, ensuring reliability, security, and performance at scale.

• Guide engineers and work in collaboration with Research, Product, and Engineering teams to provide impactful solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of engineering experience; skilled in C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python.

• Background in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge of GenAI platform technologies (MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI, Bedrock).

• Strong skills in architecture, design, and problem-solving, emphasizing security and reliability.

• Demonstrated capability to mentor engineers and influence architectural choices.
