Lead Software Engineer

• Manage a team consisting of 3-6 members

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of practical technology experience

• Experience leading a team of 3-6 members

• Background in software development

• Proficient in Pro*C, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle SQL, UNIX (Solaris), and C-Shell

• Java/J2EE programming experience is preferred

• Knowledge of web services and Spring Boot

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience in PERL programming

• A degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience

• Eagerness to work and learn collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in collaborating with global stakeholders
