• Transition seamlessly between coding, designing system architecture, mentoring engineers, and resolving live platform challenges.
• Design, implement, and sustain microservices that cater to enterprise-level clients with high throughput.
• Assume complete ownership of the systems developed – from initial design to production deployment.
• Provide scalable solutions, uphold platform stability, enhance engineering standards, and guide engineers.
• Utilize advanced AI development tools to boost development speed and ensure system dependability.
• Design and create scalable platform services, APIs, and microservices for supply chain management.
• Architect and deploy services on AWS employing containerization and cloud-native methodologies.
• Design and optimize data layers using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Define and implement RESTful APIs, message queuing systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish and uphold coding, testing, and monitoring standards.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines.
• Create clear and concise technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and/or 5–8 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, distributed systems, or software development.
• Over 3 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable platform services, APIs, and microservices in cloud-native settings.
• Strong background in distributed systems architecture and AWS cloud services.
• Proven ability to utilize AI development tools such as Claude Code, code generation models, and AI-driven testing frameworks.
• Established history of mentoring engineers and enhancing team engineering practices.
• Experience within logistics, shipping, or B2B SaaS supply chain software is preferred.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and effectively present solutions to cross-functional stakeholders.
