This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Offer strategic leadership in the areas of safety and compliance.
• Provide context to improve risk management, safety, and compliance strategies.
• Empower internal Sales teams to understand the value customers seek through enhanced safety and compliance initiatives.
• Influence the development of value-added Professional Services.
• Enhance brand visibility through conferences, white papers, articles, speaking engagements, panels, bootcamps, podcasts, and other thought-leadership platforms.
• Share best practices in enterprise telematics and identify target prospects within prioritized sectors.
• Formulate growth strategy recommendations utilizing key accounts and guide the priorities of the product development roadmap.
• Partner with Sales Development on safety best practices and address safety and compliance inquiries from prospective clients.
• Assist in creating safety-focused sales materials and proposals.
• Embed safety and compliance best practices into client interactions and tailored onboarding plans.
• Support driver communication, supervisor training, hardware installation planning, user training, KPI definition, and business intelligence requirements.
• Represent Motive at trade association meetings and assist in regulatory and legislative advocacy efforts.
• Over 10 years of successful experience in the fleet safety industry.
• More than 5 years of experience with safety or fleet management telematics technology.
• Proven experience in one or more transportation sectors, including waste, oil/gas, trucking, services, transit, or federal/state government.
• Demonstrated history of successfully creating and executing risk, safety, and prevention programs that mitigate risks, reduce injuries, and lower overall costs.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FMCSR regulations.
• Experience in the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of safety programs.
• Strong consultative and coaching skills within organizations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including a strong capacity to influence others.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
