Lead Program Analyst – IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, encompassing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation.

• Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Identify and proactively address project risks and issues.

• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are achieved.

• Conduct regular meetings to communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow project managers and team members.

• Collect and synthesize business project requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.

• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.

• Ensure all project deliverables comply with organizational policies, governance procedures, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience as an IT Project Manager.

• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex business needs.

• Proficient in producing and managing comprehensive project artifacts.

• Ability to facilitate prioritization exercises with stakeholders.

• Experience in establishing and managing a formal change control process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana).
