Lead Production Control Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Prepare legal documentation for vehicle transfers for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• Verify and process payoffs related to vehicle trade-ins.

• Communicate payment statuses with partners, lienholders, and customers.

• Assist in managing the daily workflow of the BPMS WBYC.

• Support the supervisor with special projects and daily team responsibilities.

• Coordinate communications within the store.

• Ensure that customer expectations are met throughout the transfer process.

• Address customer inquiries about title and payment details.

• Work with various state forms and relevant laws.

• Manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

• Submit all legal transfer documents to the stores.

• Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations.

• Represent the company with professionalism to customers and vendors.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Must fulfill the company’s employment criteria.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the automotive sector is preferred.

• An associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

• Solid organizational skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Previous experience in tag and title work is preferred.

• Capability to read and understand instructions and information.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service and care.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word functions.

• Professional appearance is essential.

• Strong customer service skills are required.

• Must have a quiet home environment.

• A reliable internet connection at home is necessary.

• Must have two monitors for work.

• Ability to manage prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry.
