This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of crucial product metrics related to trial conversion and retention, including the 1st renewal rate, 1st workout rating, welcome workout completion, workout-to-workout conversion, 6-week plan completion, and trial-to-paid conversion rate.
• Manage the coach persona comprehensively. Establish the coach's communication style, timing of interactions (workout sessions, chat, educational content, CRM, and push notifications), and what the coach retains about the user.
• Implement a rapid experimentation cycle. Develop, prioritize, launch, and analyze new content hypotheses across welcome workouts, weekly releases, coach chats, educational materials, and CRM content.
• Treat user-coach chat as a key product feature. Define the conversational framework (AI, human-in-the-loop, or hybrid), establish the tone of communication, and conduct experiments that enhance chat-to-next workout and chat-to-retention pathways.
• Collaborate with the SME Content Methodologist to outline the topic roadmap and 6-week block structure.
• Create programs at the workout, weekly, and 6-week block levels (welcome workouts, weekly intents, regression and progression guidelines) in partnership with the SME and external master trainers across disciplines.
• Advance the in-product programming experience: how users find programs, access workouts, receive feedback, and are encouraged to return daily.
• Promote cross-feature conversion: workout to chat, workout to educational content, chat to next workout, and any new content types we introduce.
• Collaborate with the Content Producer to scale topics while balancing production speed, cost per topic, and content quality from studio shoots and AI-generated materials.
• Commit to a quarterly production schedule with the Content Producer (including topics, formats, and delivery timelines) and adjust based on experimental insights.
• Analyze product data to uncover opportunities for enhancing retention and engagement.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager or product lead, delivering consumer products from start to finish.
• Prior mobile experience in the fitness sector is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in improving core conversion and retention metrics through experiments you personally designed and executed.
• A working knowledge of fitness or wellness methodologies: sufficient to brief SMEs and external trainers, challenge assumptions when necessary, and critically assess methodologies.
• A formal educational background in kinesiology, exercise physiology, or sports science is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with AI-driven or persona-focused products, such as AI companions, coaching platforms, character chats, fan engagement systems, or similar products that foster a relational feel rather than a tool-like experience.
• Strong expertise in experimentation and hypothesis-driven development, including A/B testing, understanding sample sizes, and interpreting complex product data.
• Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to manage product metrics directly, without relying on a PM proxy.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (including product, design, content, production, technology, and science).
• Programming or product experience catering to a 40+ female audience (particularly those aware of perimenopause) is a significant advantage.
• Competitive salary package aligned with experience, in addition to stock options.
• All necessary equipment to perform your duties effectively.
• A premium subscription to the Palta Family (Simple, Flo, Zing, etc.).
• 21 days of annual leave, plus public holidays.
• Office located in Limassol (Hybrid Work Format) or a remote option for candidates residing outside of Cyprus.
