This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior point of escalation for intricate technical challenges.
• Diagnose issues related to networking, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, endpoints, and SaaS platforms.
• Provide support for restaurant technology systems, including POS solutions such as Toast, Aloha, Micros, and Xenial.
• Directly communicate with clients during outages and critical incidents.
• Mentor and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians.
• Assist in maintaining SLA performance, ticket quality, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with ISPs, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Aid in the onboarding and stabilization of acquired client environments.
• Participate in an on-call rotation - Every other week from Monday to Wednesday.
• Recent experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (mandatory).
• Proven ability to support multiple client environments concurrently.
• Strong skills in networking and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in managing high ticket volumes and escalations.
• Exceptional communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
