This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and spearhead machine learning initiatives across various teams, leading collaborative, cross-functional projects.
• Establish and implement the strategy for leveraging ML to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive growth.
• Actively pinpoint high-impact areas where ML can facilitate significant improvements, rather than merely addressing existing requests.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure ML investments align with business objectives.
• Oversee the creation and deployment of fundamental models, such as propensity (conversion, engagement), churn prevention and intervention, and customer lifetime value (LTV) models.
• Enhance onboarding, targeting, personalization, and segmentation on a large scale.
• Engage throughout the modeling lifecycle, from problem definition, training, and calibration to production iteration.
• Continuously assess and optimize marketing spending efficiency through insights and models driven by ML.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of rewards and promotions through experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modeling) to ensure incentives promote genuine behavioral changes rather than simply subsidizing existing demand.
• Over 7 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in building and scaling ML models within production environments.
• Extensive experience with marketing-related models (propensity, churn, LTV, targeting, etc.).
• Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale, ambiguous, cross-functional projects.
• Proficient programming skills (Python, SQL) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of Marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, etc.).
• Excellent communication abilities—capable of bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
