Lead Machine Learning Scientist

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand ML-driven Marketing, Growth, and Product functionalities.

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of essential models, such as Propensity, Churn Prevention, and Customer Lifetime Value models.

• Enhance onboarding processes, targeting, personalization, and segmentation on a large scale.

• Routinely assess and enhance the efficiency of marketing expenditures using ML-driven insights and models.

• Collaborate closely with teams in Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure ML investments align with business objectives.

• Establish benchmarks for model development, experimentation, and validation.

• Create and refine reward and incentive strategies aimed at maximizing user acquisition, activation, and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a comparable field.

• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling ML models within production settings.

• Extensive background in marketing-related models (such as propensity, churn, LTV, targeting, etc.).

• Proven capability to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Proficient programming skills (Python, SQL) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Understanding of Marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
