Lead Java Developer, IRS MBI Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-level applications.

• Create APIs, integrations, and front-end/back-end services for comprehensive software solutions.

• Offer expert advice on coding standards, best practices, and development frameworks.

• Conduct code assessments to ensure compliance with best practices.

• Serve as the primary expert for optimizing application performance.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and technical specifications.

• Guide junior developers and enhance the team's technical capabilities.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Proficient in Java.

• Knowledge of Pega workflows.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Experience with MuleSoft.

• In-depth understanding of application development frameworks as mandated by government standards.

• Proficient in J2EE, Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, and workflow architecture.

• Skilled in container-based technologies (e.g., OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
