This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance Givelify’s visual identity and promote design excellence across all platforms.
• Spearhead strategies and execute high-impact projects that showcase transformative causes and products.
• Integrate hands-on design with systems thinking to deliver scalable and visually impressive outcomes.
• Guide and mentor designers, establish standards, influence strategic direction, and motivate a growing team.
• Define, uphold, and advance Givelify’s visual brand identity.
• Represent the design perspective in cross-departmental planning, reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Elevate design quality and efficiency through mentorship and the sharing of best practices.
• Advocate for the Givelify brand by setting visual standards, ensuring uniformity, and driving innovation in brand identity.
• Over 6 years of proven experience (please include a portfolio or link to your work).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong conceptual abilities with a modern, user-focused aesthetic and expertise in typography, color, and layout hierarchy.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying creative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading design strategies across various functions.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and adjust to evolving business needs.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, execution, and time management skills.
