📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of UK-centric visual assets across marketing initiatives, social media, website, and digital advertising (both static and motion).

• Convert creative briefs into striking, conversion-oriented visuals.

• Create short-form motion graphics and static content that enhance brand visibility.

• Assist UK product marketing by providing clear and benefit-oriented visuals.

• Collaborate effectively with UK content, video, and performance marketing teams.

• Evaluate performance data to refine, enhance, and expand successful visual strategies.

• Harmonize meticulous execution with scalable brand concepts.

• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables.

• Leverage AI tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to boost ideation and accelerate production.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of UK brand templates and visual systems.

• Over 5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.

• A robust portfolio showcasing digital-first design, visual storytelling, and quality of execution.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion production workflows.

• Experience with or a keen interest in AI tools for creative processes.

• Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and brand systems.

• Capability to execute tasks promptly and meet tight deadlines.
