Lead Generation, Appointment Setting – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Utilize Convex to filter and identify commercial properties in the NY/NJ area (training will be provided).

• Validate property and contact information within Convex to create qualified sales lists.

• Identify key facility decision-makers and assess contract life cycle statuses. Transfer qualified leads to HubSpot using the built-in integration with Convex.

• Conduct outbound calls to qualify contacts and present York Building Services' commercial solutions.

• Schedule sales/walk-through appointments for sales representative Thomas Hayden.

• Assist in pipeline growth for leadership across various target verticals.

• Record all calls, notes, updates, and scheduled appointments in HubSpot Sales (Free).

• Ensure database organization and maintain lead hygiene by vertical.

• Dispatch cold emails, execute basic marketing blasts, and manage follow-up nurturing sequences through HubSpot.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in outbound cold calling, lead qualification, or appointment setting.

• Communication: Outstanding spoken English with clear and articulate pronunciation suitable for business interactions in NY/NJ.

• Technical Skills: Proven ability in phone outreach, prospect vetting, and basic tracking of HubSpot CRM activities. Strong written English for follow-up emails.

• Work Ethic: Excellent organizational skills and the capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Location: Must be based in Latin America.

• Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with Convex or commercial contractor platforms.

• Experience in commercial facility services, janitorial services, or B2B commercial contracting sales support.
