Lead Full Stack Developer – AWS, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable enterprise applications utilizing React and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.

• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to facilitate technical solutions, client discussions, demonstrations, and pre-sales activities.

• Convert business and client requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Work with architects, product owners, business analysts, sales stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decision-making.

• Enhance application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

• Mentor junior and intermediate developers through code reviews and provide technical guidance.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.

• Assist in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of software development experience in enterprise settings.

• Strong practical experience with React.js and TypeScript.

• Extensive experience in AWS cloud engineering and architecture.

• Proficient in backend development using Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.

• Experience in designing and utilizing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and distributed systems.

• Proven experience supporting technical stakeholders and collaborating with sales or client-facing teams.

• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or client presentations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
