• Responsible for estimating the development effort required for projects.
• Assist in defining and implementing the development strategy.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with account directors, creative teams, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
• Mentor and support the development of fellow team members.
• Implement and enhance working practices.
• Identify and investigate emerging market trends to remain competitive.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with JavaScript, jQuery, React, Redux, and ES6.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Minimum of four years of development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a diverse range of projects, both large and small.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development practices, processes, and theories, particularly Agile Development Principles.
• Proficient in GIT.
