This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating within cross-functional teams while providing technical leadership.

• Actively participating in the development team with a focus on Front End development.

• Engaging in projects involving technologies that may be new to you.

• Taking responsibility for estimating development efforts on various projects.

• Assisting in defining and executing the development strategy.

• Conducting code reviews to maintain quality standards.

• Working closely with account directors, creative teams, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.

• Mentoring and developing fellow team members.

• Implementing and enhancing working practices.

• Identifying and researching emerging market trends to stay ahead in your field.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience with JavaScript, jQuery, React, Redux, and ES6.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Minimum of four years of development experience.

• Proven capability to deliver a diverse range of projects, both large and small.

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development.

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• In-depth understanding of software development practices, processes, and theories, particularly Agile Development Principles.

• Proficiency in GIT.
