This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Creating data visualization applications and developing innovative features for effectively displaying significant large data properties (e.g., insights related to processes, workflows, and metrics) while ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Designing interfaces and real-time frontend services that allow multiple users to collaborate on editing graph data and re-training AI models based on their contributions.
• Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion as part of small teams, working closely with our Team Leaders and Product Managers.
• Engaging in architectural decision-making, collaborating across teams to identify and implement product enhancements, and producing documentation for your implementations.
• Contributing to and enhancing the internal processes and rituals of the Team and Chapter to improve overall effectiveness.
• Offering constructive feedback to colleagues through RFCs, code reviews, and assisting those around you in leveling up their skills.
• Involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Over 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer with a commitment to high engineering standards.
• Significant experience and comprehension of React, state management, front-end architecture, and associated concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with advanced system design principles, data structures, and the fundamental concepts behind data-intensive applications.
• Basic understanding of Backend Engineering (e.g., the ability to add API endpoints and modify logic).
• Dedicated to maintaining high engineering standards and delivering clean, testable, reusable, modular, and well-documented code.
• Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, encompassing specifications, design, development, testing, deployment, release, and observability.

• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills to clearly articulate complex ideas, concepts, and trade-offs.
