This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee and coordinate projects while providing guidance to teams of artists.
• Collaborate with the Senior Lead/Art Director and clients to define the visual style.
• Support Project Managers in crafting schedules and supervise the creation of art assets.
• Maintain regular communication with artists, Project Managers, and clients regarding project milestones.
• Assemble content submission packages for clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain briefs and documentation for asset creation and training purposes.
• Diagnose and train artists on client/partner technologies and processes.
• Evaluate production efficiency and make necessary adjustments to tools and pipelines.
• Mastery in at least three of the specified areas of artistic production.
• Proficient in major game engines such as Unreal Engine 4, Unity, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical game art principles.
• Strong artistic skills to visualize entire levels with minimal concept art.
• Advanced technical skills to manage assets within memory and frame rate constraints.
• Sharp eye for light, shade, color, and detail in the creation of texture maps.
• In-depth knowledge of modular planning for large assets and environments.
• Self-driven individual who requires minimal supervision.
• Fully remote work opportunity.
