This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Act as the principal technical authority and mentor within the security engineering team

• Spearhead the deployment of sophisticated security measures

• Advise on technical choices and offer subject matter expertise

• Ensure exceptional service for both internal and external customers

• Oversee the troubleshooting of Prisma Access for secure remote connectivity

• Design, assess, and implement security-related solutions

• Ensure the team's compliance with established change control protocols

• Collaborate with systems and network engineers

• Direct the incident response team

• Assess security control coverage based on evolving cyber threat intelligence

• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• 8-10 years of experience in information technology or a related field within the last decade

• Palo Alto certification

• CCIE Routing and Switching or Security certification

• AWS Solutions Architect certification

• Over 7 years of experience managing security controls

• More than 4 years of experience in AWS and Azure cloud operations

• At least 6 years of technical experience with security solutions

• 6+ years of experience in network security

• 4+ years of experience with web application firewalls

• Over 7 years of experience with network protocols, data flows, and attacks

• 5+ years of experience in configuring security devices

• Extensive knowledge of security software and associated protocols

• More than 2 years of experience implementing security measures for Kubernetes

• 5+ years of experience in network security administration

• 3+ years of programming/scripting experience (Python, shell)
