Lead Engineer – End User Computing, EUC

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the complete employee computing experience by establishing clear service expectations, success metrics, and operational health indicators.

• Recognize and eliminate obstacles across devices, access systems, and collaboration tools by utilizing data, user feedback loops, and root-cause analysis.

• Develop and manage user lifecycle workflows within Microsoft Entra ID, which includes automation, guardrails, and documented standards.

• Design, implement, and sustain endpoint management platforms for macOS and Windows, applying an engineering mindset focused on reliability, observability, and change control.

• Manage the end-user technical experience across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), ensuring adherence to configuration standards and lifecycle planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in End User Computing, Endpoint Engineering, Identity & Access, or similar infrastructure engineering positions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management platforms, and Microsoft 365, including automation and operational troubleshooting capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to balance security needs with user experience through risk-based decision-making, clear standards, and measurable outcomes.

• Experience in designing, automating, and standardizing EUC solutions following a test-first approach, which includes defined acceptance criteria and automated validation prior to rollout.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to lead through influence, promote cross-team process adoption, and mentor engineers and administrators.
