Lead DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code methodologies

• Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing

• Stabilize and advance production environments

• Facilitate deployments across multiple environments (Azure, private cloud, on-premise)

• Elevate platform reliability and system health

• Engage in incident response and conduct post-mortem analyses

⛳️ Requirements

• You will be the initial hire in a newly formed Platform team, reporting directly to the CTO and helping to establish the function from the ground up.

• The team is projected to expand to 3–4 members as it grows.

• Practical experience managing real production systems

• Involvement in on-call rotations

• Experience in managing incidents and composing post-mortems

• Strong grasp of system health in contrast to superficial metrics

• Essential Skills: Azure & .NET Ecosystem
