• Take charge of the technical execution for the organization's most intricate strategic initiatives.

• Lead Expert Services, addressing mission-critical challenges.

• Oversee the lifecycle management of Agentic Systems.

• Establish CI/CD release methodologies.

• Propel technical thought leadership within the organization.

• Embed Strategic Prompt Engineering into the operational framework.

• Direct technical exploration and estimation for pre-sales activities.

• Design large-scale AI orchestration architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development.

• Proficient in Agentic Development, encompassing agent orchestration, memory management, tool invocation, and non-deterministic governance.

• In-depth knowledge of the OutSystems Agentic Platform and related technologies (.NET, CSS, JS, SQL).

• 8–10 years of experience with a demonstrated history of leading technical teams and providing "Expert Services" in high-stakes enterprise settings.

• Certifications as an OutSystems Expert Developer and Agentic AI Specialist.
