Lead Developer, Android

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design and develop Android applications.

• Make informed technical decisions about the solutions presented to our clients.

• Oversee and coordinate developer teams.

• Provide mentorship and skills development for junior team members.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including estimation and technical architecture definition.

• Engage with the technical community through technology monitoring, conducting workshops, and sharing knowledge across Business Units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (4–5 years of higher education) in Computer Science.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile application development.

• In-depth knowledge of the Android ecosystem (Java, Kotlin).

• Familiarity with cross-platform technologies is preferred.

• Experience in Agile environments is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and commitment to the organization (including meetups and mentoring developers).
