Lead Data Center Systems Architect/Engineer – AI Infrastructure, Mechanical & Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support the design team and manufacturing partners in enhancing site-specific infrastructure across the thermal spectrum.

• Create mechanical systems specifically designed for NVIDIA GPU clusters.

• Lead the design and construction of modular data center units.

• Serve as the technical lead for vendor management, ensuring alignment with deployment schedules.

• Collaborate with IT teams to confirm that physical infrastructure accommodates complex network topologies.

• Supervise Level 4 and Level 5 commissioning for the synchronization of cooling, power, and compute systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (PEng).

• Over 7 years of experience in data center or industrial modular design.

• Practical experience with Liquid Immersion tanks and Direct-to-Chip secondary cooling loops.

• Knowledge of traditional Air-Cooled psychrometrics and economization processes.

• Familiarity with modular fabrication plants or MEP skids.

• Understanding of how rack-level switching and fiber management affect overall system architecture.

• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and project locations.
